Saltwater are from the sea and are not dyed to create those beautiful colors you will get white,silver,rose,and soft pinks.

Freshwater are harvested in a tank and are helped by harvesters by dying the oysters and using a chemical to close shut. These oysters have beautiful pearl colors of bright pink,yellow,green,purple,orange etc.
